#1040 - OIC3 - new Service Metrics

 

Let's go through these one by one - 

Configured Messages

I have one message pack assigned to this OIC instance, that gives me 5000 messages per hour.

Let's check the number of incoming messages for the last 6 hours, before we look at the other dashboards -

As you can see, I'm well over the limit of 5k, with just this 1 integration. I check in OIC Observability and see - 

My integration has been invoked 30k+ times in the last 6 hours.  

Consumed Messages

This is not new, but belongs to the bundle I'll be discussing. This monitors your billable messages. Remember, a message with inbound payload < 50kb is one message, so a payload of 180kb would count as 4 billable messages.

This peaks at 8.

Consumed Message Packs from Overage 

This peaks at 7 - which makes sense - I consumed up to 8 message packs and have only 1 message pack assigned to the instance.
