The previous post was rather basic, but gives the general idea of what is to be done.
I've augmented the code, using an example from my colleagues (Thanks Silviu!) , as follows -
externalised connect info etc. in a properties file
specified the process ID and time constraints in the WHERE clause
The properties file is as follows -
#orabpel.platform=ias_10g
#java.naming.provider.url=opmn:ormi://localhost:6003:home/orabpel
# JNDI Properties required for Web Client
orabpel.platform=oc4j_10g
java.naming.provider.url=ormi://localhost:6010/orabpel
java.naming.factory.initial=oracle.j2ee.rmi.RMIInitialContextFactory
java.naming.security.principal=oc4jadmin
java.naming.security.credentials=welcome1
# JNDI Properties required for Remote Client
#orabpel.platform=oc4j_10g
#java.naming.provider.url=opmn:ormi://ncommisk-de:6010:oc4j_soa/orabpel
#java.naming.factory.initial=oracle.j2ee.rmi.RMIInitialContextFactory
#java.naming.security.principal=oc4jadmin
#java.naming.security.credentials=welcome1
# how many bpel domains must be recovered (usually just one)
domains.number=1
# ID of the bpel domain to be recovered
domain.1.ID=default
#domain.2.ID=oc4j_soa
#domain.3.ID=mydomain
# password of the bpel domain to be recovered
domain.1.password=welcome1
#domain.2.password=oc4j_soa
#domain.3.password=mydomain
# ID of the Process to be recovered
processID=AIADemoOrderEBF
#
# throttling - number of messages to be recovered in batch mode
# if -1, then all the recoverable messages will be scheduled in a single batch
#batch.size = 10
# time between 2 consecutive batch recovering, in milli seconds
#batch.frequency = 5000
#

# default is second

# message age in order to be candidate for manual recovering.
# the significance of the number is given by message.age.type property
message.age = 5
# if true, it will display the summary about all the messages (callback, invoke, activity) in bpel engine.
# for debugging purpose only, not for production mode

EJB 3.0 Migration from JBoss to Oracle Weblogic
Scenario: Customer has a JBoss EJB 3.0 app he wants to deploy to WLS.
JBoss generates a JNDI name as follows –
EarName/EJBName/local
Weblogic, per default, generates
EJBName#packageName
however he wants to keep the JBoss naming convention
Solution:
Add the following tag to weblogic-ejb-jar.xml
project1.MySessionEJB
App1EAR/MySessionEJB/local
Note: If you are testing this by creating an EJB in Jdev 11g and then deploying it to WLS, you may get a jps deployment error. This his to do with the following entries created by Jdev in the weblogic-application.xml
simply delete the 2 listener entries before deploying.

Issue creating DB schema for Fusion Order Demo
According to OTN the entry for JDev home should be in the form -
C:/JDeveloper_11/jdeveloper/
and this applies to Windows as well
so don't just cut and paste the directory path from Windows explorer.
# Master Ant properties file for Fusion Order Demo
# All build files refer to this master list of properties
# Continuous builds override these settings
# $Id: build.properties 812 2007-02-20 07:14:33Z lmunsing $
# Base Directory for library lookup
jdeveloper.home=D:/beaJdev/jdeveloper
src.home=..//..
